I didn't know that you were cruising? Where did you go? I do know that one of my favorite parts of our cruise was opening that door and seeing what animal was on the bed. ;-)
It's been quite a few years ago we went on the cruise. It's just taken me that long to post about it. LOL It was a New England cruise. If I ever did it again, I'd go somewhere warmer. =)
I've never been on a cruise, but I love seeing everyone's photos of towel animals! I'll bet the attendants have to take a class to learn how to do that!
Oh that is very cool!! My favorite is the monkey ;-) I loved looking at the towel critters from my parents cruise. Someday...SOMEDAY...I will get to see this in person. I dream of a cruise vacation!!!
Oh sorry another comment - just thought of the cruise part of this (they do this at some land based resorts too, not sure I took any pics) - I suspect that those recent cruises with all the problems didn't have cute towel animals.
so cute! ahh, i loved our cruise...we didn't get towel animals but we did on our honeymoon in jamaica. i LOVE the sloth and bat...so creative! :) i hope you're having a great week and doing well, tami. thinking about you and sending love. <3<3 maria
I have been to a resort yet. Maybe our next vacation. =) Maybe the recent cruises were too busy folding towels and that is why they have so many problems.

I wonder if there is a towel animal making class the cruise staff has to pass before they can work on the cruise liner. =D
ReplyDeleteI've never been on a cruise but am always amazed at pictures of these creatures. that they do it for EVERY ROOM?!??! Blows my mind!

ReplyDeleteOur room attendant treated us VERY well. Every silly think we needed, he was right on it. We tipped him well.
ReplyDeleteI thought the same thing about the classes. LOL
ReplyDeleteWow, these are awesome! But only 3 of the pictures are showing up for me. :-(

ReplyDeleteI could stand there dripping wet for a long time before I dried off with the gibbon/monkey. Now to be towel folding trainer would be a great job.
