Ever see those cement blocks in a parking lot with a light pole on top of it?
Who would be dumb enough to drive so close to one of these bright yellow cement blocks
trying to line up the car after pulling in rather crookedly?
Ummm, yeah… that would be ME!
I've slammed a few car doors into those things myself... dont feel bad :)
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness I have done that!!! But I hit the stupid light pole with my '69 Impala. No kidding, I chipped the cement cube, and not quite dented the massive chrome fender on my car ;-) I am so sorry, Tami. What a bummer!!!
ReplyDeleteIt is a bummer! Especially since we just got my husbands car fixed when my son crashes into it!
ReplyDeleteOh rats!!! Same car huh? I have banged up a few cars in my day. Big doosy's too.
ReplyDeleteOh no! Boo. :(
ReplyDeleteI have no one to be mad at but myself.
ReplyDeleteBoo is right!!
ReplyDeleteOops!
ReplyDeleteNOOOOOO! Sorry that stinks!
ReplyDeleteUh-oh!!! And yeah I have totally destroyed the entire side of our old car on one of those pillars, you should have heard the crunching metal sound as I tried to get off said pole!! Hope you get it fixed ok :)
ReplyDeleteExactly! At first I had no clue what that crunching noise was!!
ReplyDeleteI did that with a fencepost. =( In my defense, it had just been put up and I was distracted by a deer in a nearby field!!
ReplyDeleteWow too bad you can't claim that the cement pedestal jumped out at your car. Maybe the high winds did it?
ReplyDeleteUh oh! I can see me doing that!
ReplyDeleteoh no!
ReplyDeleteside mirror against garage door for me. In my defense it was winter and the driveway was a skating rink. but the thing was I drove around for about 1/2 hour before I noticed the mirror missing. oye.
oh no!! i'm so sorry, tami!! i do things like this all the time!! ;)
ReplyDeletehope the rest of your weekend was better!! xoxox
