My husband is a high school teacher.
They celebrate the day before with a HUGE pep-rally.
The stands are filled with students.
There are no seats to be found!
Whenever a play is stopped, the band plays loud, inspiring tunes.
At the end of the game, the Raiders celebrate a VICTORY!
Thank you for visiting!
So fun!
ReplyDeleteMy highschool mascot was a Red Raider!!!

I love band pictures. That photo brought back great memories of my days in the high school marching and football band.
ReplyDeleteRivalry football games are the best! The kids look like they're having so much fun. And why are there always a few guys going shirtless, even if it's cold out? lol
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on winning!
ReplyDeleteThere is always that one team that is the biggest rival, isn't there? I learned that much in my short time at an American high school. Love the band uniforms! :)
ReplyDeletePep rallies are one of my most favorite memories of high school!
ReplyDeleteNever had a pep rally? I thought all schools did that.
ReplyDeleteIt was so loud being in the midst of it too!
ReplyDeleteI played in the band too. 4th grade until I graduated.
ReplyDeleteThere are always crazy guys out there somewhere when sports are involved! LOL
ReplyDeleteYAY! It was terrific being on the winning side!
ReplyDeleteThe students get so worked up over it too! ;=D
ReplyDeleteme too! I've never seen one like the Pep Rally at my husband's school. They have dance routines and skits, even the teachers have their own dance! It's quite a show!
