Brandon and I spent HOURS looking for a pink tie that would match Jenn's pink dress. It was impossible to find that shade of pink in a tie. So we settled with a light pink tie.

The pictures were taken in our back yard.
It's funny to look back on these pictures because Brandon is now a head taller than Jenn.
They made a cute couple, but Mommy wasn't ready for her baby to get serious. I was kinda happy when the "relationship" only lasted 6 months.
These girls are in 8th grade??? Holy cow. If I didn't know better, I might have guessed freshmen in college. I don't know if I'm ready for my niece to look that "grown up!" Beautiful photos. What kind of camera do you have?
ReplyDeleteThat first girlfriend and dance will be etched in his memory forever. Wonderful moments. They grow up so fast. So much more to come. Take care.
ReplyDeleteGosh they look so grown up (yet....not...) Great pictures! Home now - LA was great! Just getting caught up...xo
ReplyDeleteI think I could get behind a relationship lasting less than six months at that age, too ;) They grow up so much faster than we did though. What cute kids.
ReplyDeleteThough I have to wonder, how much did those poor girls pay for dresses they'll only ever wear once. THAT is the part I'm really not looking forward to with Little Miss. All these parties get so incredibly expensive :)
8th graders look so different than I remember...I agree relationship can wait! They looked great for the dance!
ReplyDeleteLooks fun!! Wish I could go to a dance!!
ReplyDeleteKatherine
Oh, goodness...8th grade dances, ties, girlfriends, and break-ups...I am SO not ready!
ReplyDeleteCute pics. Thank God I still have some time before I have to worry about that!!! :) I awarded you The Versatile Blogger award!!!
ReplyDeleteI am not ready for those day yet, but God prepares us right?!!
ReplyDeleteanywho, love the pics, that color pops! Of course, i have a heart for pink!
