The kids didn't have school yesterday because of MLK day. I had to work (ug!). Todd took Brandon with friend John and his son Jack snowboarding on Bear Mountain. It is about 45 minutes from our home. It was cold outside but not as bitter as it has been the past few days. This was Brandon and Jack's first time snowboarding. They had a quick lesson in the morning and then snowboarded all day. They didn't get home until 8pm. Brandon was tired but couldn't stop talking about his day and complaining that his butt hurt! He had a great time!
Tami sounds like a great day and I'm very impressed how you have Todd trained to take perfect blogging pictures!

ReplyDeleteLooks like a fun time. I wish my kids were allowed to snowboard and ski during hockey season. If you make the A team you are not allowed to do either during the season. They love to ski and really would like to try the snowboarding. Brandon looks like a pro for it being his first time.
ReplyDeleteBrandon is on a B team. Some of the coaches wanted to push for an A team, but we had too many kids who were new to hockey. I didn't know our sports would be limited if he was on an A team. bummer!
